What Do You REALLY Think of God?

  It’s so weird.

This one thought has bugged me, gnawed on my heart, and literally “followed” me around for weeks now.

I discovered it one day as I was browsing through images on Pinterest.

This quote comes from a long-time Ohio pastor and author who died before most of us were born.

Are you curious about this thought that’s been badgering me?

 It’s from A.W. Tozer—who wrote more than 60 books—and said this,

What comes to mind when we think about God is the most important thing about us.”

What Do You REALLY Think of God?

@@So, what does come to our minds when you and I think about God?@@

How do we really view Him, perceive Him, and think of Him?

We all have long-held perceptions about spiritual matters.

Through our years on this earth, each of us has formed a grid through which we look at God, men, sin, theology, and other important matters.

Through the influence of our parents, teachers, pastors, leaders, friends, schools, training, the books we’ve read, the entertainment we’ve viewed, and many other factors, we have all formed certain views and beliefs.

Whether you realize it or not, you have a “theology” and a set of “doctrines” to which you hold fast.

What comes to mind when we think about God is the most important thing about us. -A.W. Tozer
